Contact SoLoImageStudio

Last updated March 28, 2026

If you need help using the studio, have a billing question, or want to report a problem with the site, this is the best place to start. We keep the public editor open, but we still want a straightforward support path for real users.

Use the email address for account, billing, and access issues. The chat widget is also available on public pages when you want a faster back-and-forth.

What to send us

Product support

Tell us what you were trying to do, which tool you used, and what happened instead. If the issue involves a specific file, describe the file type and the steps that led to the problem.

Billing or account help

Include the email address on the account, the plan name if you know it, and whether you are trying to upgrade, manage, cancel, or restore access.

Bug reports

Share the browser, device, and approximate time the issue happened. Screenshots are helpful when the problem is visual or hard to describe.

Security or abuse concerns

If you believe something on the site is being abused, send the page URL and a short description so we can review it quickly.

How we handle support

  • We try to keep responses practical and specific, not scripted.
  • Support requests that include a clear URL, screenshot, or file example are easier to resolve.
  • For billing, we may ask you to confirm the account email or the last action you attempted in the pricing flow.
  • If the issue is in the studio itself, it helps to mention the image type, the selected tools, and the final result you expected.

Our goal is to make the support path understandable before you ever need it. That is why the site includes a public contact page, policy pages, and resources pages instead of burying everything inside the editor.
