Editorial Policy
SoLoImageStudio is a tool site, not a news publication. Still, the support pages and guides should be useful enough to stand on their own. This policy explains how we choose topics, how we write them, and how we update them when the product changes.
What we publish
We publish pages that help real users do practical work with images. That includes:
- Guides for background removal, upscaling, resizing, and export prep.
- Support pages such as contact, privacy, terms, and product explanations.
- Workflow pages that explain how to prepare files before they reach the studio.
We do not publish filler content, scraped articles, or pages that exist only to add keywords.
How topics are chosen
Practical value
We start with questions users actually ask before or after using the studio, then build pages that answer those questions clearly.
Direct usefulness
Each page should help a visitor make a decision, prepare a file, solve a problem, or understand the service better.
Product alignment
The best topics are the ones that match the service: image cleanup, export workflow, and practical file preparation.
Original explanation
We prefer first-hand guidance and examples over generic advice copied from elsewhere.
How pages are reviewed
- We check whether a page gives a clear answer in the first few paragraphs.
- We look for steps, examples, or decision points that make the page genuinely useful.
- We avoid claims that the product does not support.
- We update links and wording when the studio flow, pricing, or policy pages change.
Update standards
When a guide becomes outdated, we revise it or retire it. If the page describes a workflow and the workflow has changed, the page should change too. If a page is only useful because it accurately reflects the current product, it should be kept current.
We do not treat site content as a static brochure. The goal is usefulness over time, not one-time publication.
